FlowFit

Flowfit is a translation management system that optimizes task assignment, facilitates remote work between different stakeholders and allows project managers to make informed decisions thanks to analytical and statistical reports.

Before setting up

  • You have to sure that you have an account on FlowFit.
  • You have login and password to your account on FlowFit.

Connecting

  1. Navigate to Apps, and identify the FlowFit app. You can use search to find it.
  2. Click Add Connection.
  3. Name your connection for future reference e.g. ‘My connection’.
  4. Fill in the login to your FlowFit account.
  5. Fill in the password to your FlowFit account.
  6. Click Connect.
  7. Confirm that the connection has appeared and the status is Connected.

Actions

Projects

  • Get project get information about a project.
  • Create project creates a new project.
  • Delete project deletes the specified project, along with all associated entities.

Project documents

  • Get project document get information about a project document.
  • Download source documents download source documents for a project.
  • Download reference documents download reference documents for a project.
  • Download deliverable documents download deliverable documents for a project.

Tasks

  • Get source document Retrieve information on specified project source document and download it.
